Favorite Halloween Math Activities
I love using a theme to add engagement to an activity. During the fall, Halloween can add a little excitement to practice exercises. Below are some of my favorite Halloween math resource ideas for middle and high school students!
Integer Operations
Practice working with integers with these mystery graphs! Students must solve problems to reveal ordered pairs and then graph the ordered pairs to see the picture. The pumpkin is for integer addition & subtraction, and the ghost is for integer multiplication & division.
Two Step Equations
With this puzzle, students must solve two-step equations that include integers, decimals, and fractions. They match the equations with the solutions to form a ghost.
